It's weird. I keep hearing how the remote goes through batteries but I'm still on my original batteries from when I first got the sky stream. Might be worth asking for a new remote at least. I wonder if you could cancel Sky glass if it's all paid for and use it as a spare TV in another room (ridiculous I know) or sell it on and subscribe to Sky stream instead. I have had the issue of no signal from time to time on Sky stream but it's usually your internet provider at fault on that. Not sure what else you can do so far into the subscription really.
