Technical
I'm having Internet issues and have an engineer for that coming out, but my sky won't let me do anything. It says sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Wont let me get off this screen to chose a different network or hdmi. I have turned off my sky for over 5 minutes and goes straight back to this screen. No buttons work I.e home button. It's so annoying as I could use my dvd player or xbox whilst this Internet is being sorted. Or even use my phone to send data.

Of course you can use your DVD or Xbox as that isn't reliant on a broaband feed being active, your Gkass TV however is.
And yes you can use your phone over 4G/5G as that again isn't reliant on you having a live broadband feed.

Re: Technical
It's stuck on the technical issue screen. You can't access settings or hdmi or anything! Press the home button and keeps refreshing the same technical issue page. Only 1 button works and that's to search, audio output and turn the mic on and off.

Re: Technical
I'd suggest trying to connect the Sky Glass to your router via an ethernet cable and see if that gets the home screen to load. I suspect the error message is being caused beacuse the Glass is having network connectivity issues.
