Adding glass to my package. It goes round in circles. From "let's get started" button on the glass offer to.." it seems you already have a great deal" and thunder we go back to let's get started. It's nonsense. Even when I called they couldn't complete an order for glass..pathetic

What? No reply. If today's nonsense is a forerunner for future customer service then it doesn't bode well. Not just for me but for anyone with an issue that you would assume could be solved quite easily... sky are woeful and I wouldn't recommend to anyone...

 You need to be aware this is not Sky Customer services, your are talking to other customers via the forum.  If you already have a stream puck you need to place the order for the Glass TV over the phone.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are in contract with sky q you cannot switch to glass / stream in the app 

 

you will need to call sky as the cs will need to arrange a contract swap
