Technical Fault with Channel

Hi, I have Sky Glass and I have 1GB internet. TV says excellent WiFi connection and then f I want to watch YouTube or Netflix all works well. Randomly it will stop connecting to tv channels saying there is a technical fault.

All the streaming apps work but the tv channels won't unless I restart?

Any ideas on what is causing this as internet. Is working perfectly fine.

Thanks in advance

Cynthia

I have the exact same problem... it's been going on for over a week now... it's really really annoying having to reset the TV every time you swap from Netflix etc back to normal tv

Best bet would be to log out of any app you are using, rather than going direct to the home screen, before selecting a live channel. The reason being is the app you were using is still open in the background, and this causes issues.

I have the same problem so I am going to send it back and go back to sky q I think Sky Glass, is  rubbish. Sky q is way better. And I known in 2029 Sky q is going to be shut down. So I will go somewhere else. That will be breaking My record of staying the a Company for 30 plus years.
