TV pixelating and Lip out of syc

@Gooner58 There are a number of threads on the forum concerning both of the issues you mention.  Sky are aware of the problems and are trying to find solutions but how long this will take is anyone's guess. 

 

There is a short survey to try and help SKy determine what is causing the lip sync at this LINK

 

I have found the lip sync can usually be jogged back into sync by flitting to another channel and then back again or by using the RW function for a couple of seconds and then selecting the back button to take you back to live TV. 

 

I'm not sure there is much you can do about the  pixelation other than to try rebooting your Glass TV to see if that helps.

Hi @Gooner58 

 

Sounds like poor broadband connectivity. (Black screen etc) Try a reboot in the first instance. If problem persists you will need to post more information for the community to provide help, such as ISP, connection speed, speed being received (do a netflix speed test by opening netflix go to get help? And select connection check).

 

Lip sync is known issue. Changing channel should re sync.
