I'm subscribed but can't watch any subscription channels

I paid my bill a bit late so I was restricted and when I try to watch any TV channels it says upgrade so I try to upgrade but it says I already am. This keeps happening so I'm paying for something I'm not able to use. I was told on the phone a few weeks ago I'd be reimbursed for the time I was without the subscription but that never happened and again here I am in the same situation. I think it's time to change to another company virgin or talk talk as my bills have gone through the roof.

You need to clear the bill and ensure a continuous payment method has been set up before sky will reinstate services. See: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/account-and-billing-sky-glass/bills-and-payments-s...

 

If your services have been reinstated but you are getting upgrade message follow the advice in that article, namely power off at the mains for a few minutes.

 

If you believe your services should have been reinstated but haven't you will need to speak to Sky, we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
