Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSharks - Saracens UHD/HDR DD+ 5.1 tonight. Looks like they have sorted it. Don't know why they keep pushing Dolby Atmos though since they only use DD+ 5.1. Still problems with the inserted advert packages but no effect on the main content.

Apologies for joining the party late...
This is my first ever post in 17+yrs as a Sky customer. I'm literally at my wits end.
I subscribe to TNT via Sky yet cannot access any TNT content on the Discovery+ app on Sky Glass or any of my other iOS devices.
Raised with Sky in September and have been passed pillar to post and fobbed off constantly since then. Very unhappy to be dropping over £3k per annum to Sky and being treated like a mug in return.
Worst was the agent who was supposedly looking at my case tried to call me, got no answer ONCE and closed the case. Wasn't until I chased it up a couple of weeks later that they reactivated the case!
Now awaiting yet another 'technical team' to try and solve this issue.
Whenever I try to access TNT content on D+ on Sky Glass I get a 'you must upgrade to TNT' message. Whenever I try to access TNT content via the D+ app on iOS, I get a 'contact your provider' message.
Any hints/tips much appreciated from anyone on here!

The TNT sports activation is a bit wierd and actually requires activation at the discovery plus end so it's possible that's where the issues resides.

@TheDorkDestroyer This is the exact same issue I've been having since day one of Sky TNT sports subscribers being upgraded to Discovery Plus premuime. I have TNT sports through Sky and have done for years since it was BT sports yet if I try to access any content through the Discovery Plus app it tells me I need to "upgrade through my content provider"
Spent best part of 3 months dealing with sky over it and got no where. In the end case was closed just before Xmas with no resolution and a £15 voucher off my next Sky bill given as an apology.....and Sky have been the best to deal with. Discovery themselves have been awful and basically say go away it's another company's fault
To this day I'm still unable to watch TNT Sport content on the app

there has been other issues related to discovery plus app working on Sky that has taken a while for Sky to get fixed as a result of discovery being slow at collaborating with them.
this certainly seems an issue on the discovery side so hopefully someone at Sky annoys someone at discovery enough they get it fixed for you.

@MarkGoldsmith Personally I don't think I have come across worse customer service than discovery. They were absolutely awful. Didn't read emails correctly, kept blaming me and sometimes Sky saying it was our issue and nothing to with them. I am referring to the UHD on the app issue. I gave up and took the advice of Sky and for them to try to deal with it
