Does anyone know how i can get the TLC APP on my sky glass tv? I have updated it refreshed the apps and restarted it but cant seem to find it

You can get content for TLC in two ways go Home > TV Shows > scroll down to channels > TLC or content is part of the Discovery+ App. Open D+ app go to shows on the left hand menu and then scroll right to TLC.
As @Jporch316 has pointed out there isn't a TLC app (in the UK).

I don't believe there is a TLC app
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

my point remains .... there is no TLC app

Individual channels are usually accessed via the broadcasters app ... in this case Discovery+😉
