You will need to phone Sky to do this. Bare in mind if you are outsied your 31 day cooling off period you may not be able to return the TV, so whilst the TV subscription could switch from Glass to Sky Q, you would owned the TV and would still need to continue paying it off, if you purchased it under a credit agreement.
