Subtitles intermittently

Hi

I have subtitles enabled all the time. However I have noticed just recently when I turn the tv off each day the subtitles don't come  back on the next day even though they are enabled. The only way I can get them back is to physically turn the power off and back on at the wall! Most annoying, anyone have any ideas?

Yes I am getting the same problem.

also noticed that after watching something on ITV X, that program won't switch off unless I turn tv off! Then this stops subtitles working! 

having to unplug tv or pucks on other tvs in the house to get subtitles back! 

any ideas please?
