Hi @Nanel45 No problem, it's all a learning curve.
When it comes to subtitles for the Apps they have to be turned on within each App and usually just refer to the programmes being watched. A complication is each App has its own way of doing this. For example with Netflix when watching a programme use the down button on your remote and you will see the subtitles option at the bottom of the screen. With both BBC iPlayer and ITVX pause your programme and you will see the subtitles option below the progress bar.
Don't forget that not all programes are broadcast with subtitles.
Good luck

Re: Sub titles
Hi @Nanel45 I'm not sure what your specific problem is but subtitles can be turned on/off via a toggle switch in Settings > Accessibility but be aware that not all programmes are broadcast with subtitles.
They can also be turned on temporarily for a specific programme (assuming it has subtitles available) using the button with 3 white dots on your remote.
Individual Apps (iPlayer, Netflix, ITVX etc) all have their own method of selecting subtitles.
If you have a specific problem then post back here and the community will try to help.
