Stuck on update screen

Sky Glass is stuck and won't go past the update screen. Remote is unresponsive. Internet is connected all fine. I've done the master reset a hand full of times. It won't move forward

Hi @RHYS14  This issue has become more common in the last few weeks and the conventional thinking is to connect the puck to your router via Ethernet if possible whilst you are setting it up.  You can revert to WiFI once completed.
