Can't connect to router

TV keeps saying no WiFi connection plus no Internet connection

Hi @Bettyb65  and welcome to the forum.  You don't mention if this is on initial setup or if it used to be OK but has simply lost connection and your having problems re-establishing connection.

 

When I have lost connection I find the following procedure gets working correctly again.

 

Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
