Have you checked your broadband connection? What speed is being received by your Sky Glass TV?
To find out, open the Netflix app and navigate to the get help menu where you can run a network check.
25Mbps is needed for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
If you are not receiving these speeds as a bare minimum then you may experience issues. If you should be receiving faster speeds then try rebooting both your broadband router and your Glass TV.
