It looks like you replied on the forum, not via the live chat using the blue/red chat bubble. Sky won't reply to you on the forum.

 

If you wish we can askSky to set up a new chat with you.

@Sonia14 did you get the chat bubble and respond in there as I can see you responded in the thread but you need to resond in the chat bubble that was sent to you 

 

If you did then are you aware its not instant chat

@Sonia14 OK, I've alerted Sky again and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
