Sports UHD

Anyone else on stream having 401 completely unwatchable? It used to take a few seconds then was okay. It is now way out of sync, slow then speeding up and never settles down.

@Sauzee4  Are you watching the 'Live Sync' option/channel as there is an issue with that at present.

@Sauzee4  1st thing to check is the speed getting tom your puck, presumably it's over wifi?

Open the netflix app on the puck, go to  get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported

Re: Sports UHD

It consistently gets over 300 m. It's not the internet connection.

@Sauzee4  Have you tried restarting the puck as this tend to clear most issues up
