@Totalwar2  Whilst I totally agree that "Never Miss" was a brilliant feature and I was not impressed when they removed it,  now I am on the streaming platform it is totally unnecessary as I can watch what I want when I want.  Albeit with a little lip sync issue from time to time.

35.010.00P appeared on my 43" this morning.  Nothing much seems to have changed other than Entertainment OS now being called Sky OS.

@82bit  Did you ever experience the lip sync problems and if so has this latest update improved it for you.  I am still waiting for my Puck to be updated but TBH although I had lip syn issues in the past I haven't noticed then for a few weeks.

@Fothergill1 yes I did - on both my Glasses. Things seem ok so far. Will know definitively later tonight while using it for an extended period. 🤞

My sky glass received software update Qs35 yesterday but the pucks still on 34 is this normal for rollouts? Not at same time?

@amagluglug The pucks and Glass run slightly different versions so are rolled out independently of each other.

I'm sorry to hear that you continue to have problems.

 

Can you help us understand your problem, please, by answering these questions?

  • How often does the problem happen?
  • When you go to watch content, how long is it before the lip sync happens?
  • Does the picture suffer any problems at the time?
  • If you change channel up/down and return to the original channel, does it reset the problem?
  • Can you provide the date/time that you next see this at? A video would also be ideal, to enable us to better understand your issue.

Well, latest update may have cracked it, finally some good news, early days but the darts has stayed in sync for over an hour, would normally have flipped channel 20 times by now.
