Have you tried rebooting it? Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power back on and see if it helps. If not then you'll need to give Sky a ring for further troubleshooting. If you've had the TV for less than 2 years and they deem it to be faulty then they should offer you a replacement which will likely be a refurbished unit. If you've had it longer than 2 years then you'll be liable for any repair or replacement costs as the warranty which comes with Sky Glass is only for 2 years.
