Sound muffled on sky glass

I have a problem my sky glass sound it is muffled when on certain channels and streaming services but it is fine when I connect my headset or use air play any ideas why this is happening.

@Hutch9158 different broadcasters use different type of audio especially if playing older content. You should get goos audio on on streams from Sky themselves on recent or live content from Sky News studio broadcasts but less good on feeds from reporters in the field. There are a number of audio modes you can experiment with which can help,different types of content from the settings menu and by using the ... button which might help.

Also, make sure you are not in night mode or even try the enhance speech mode for certain times.
