Hi @JulieL66 Without any picture you cannot do a normal reboot through the settings menu so you will have to remove the plug from the wall socket for a couple of minutes. When you plug it in again the Glass TV will reboot which will take about 2-3 minutes. Hopefully this will restore the picture.

Hi @JulieL66 . That's good to hear. At the first sign of any issue I reboot my puck but I do it through settings > System Management > Resets & updates > restart device. This will almost always resolve the problem.
I will often do a reboot as a maintenance measure even if there is no problem as I believe it helps stop software glitches developing to the point where issues occur.
