Sound bar to fit sky glass

At the back of my 65" Sky Glass TV there are 2 or 3 uSB connections. These are out of line from the opening and the plugs are out of line preventing connecting a uSB. The sound without the bar a subwoofer is primitive to say the least. What do I do I'm tired of trying?

Using the HDMI e-ARC connection works well with my soundbar.

If you are saying that the back panel of your Glass TV is poorly fitted and it is preventing you attaching anything via USB then you should ring Sky to get the unit swapped (as long as you are still under warranty.)

It's worth noting that the USB ports cannot be used to attach an external soundbar. They are effectively useless and only of use if you have the Sky Live camera which draws power via USB. You cannot attach a USB flash drive or external hard drive for playback of external files as there is no built in media player on the SkyOS interface.

Any chance of a photo to show the misalignment of your ports.

The USB ports are not to be used for audio.

As @Mark39 suggests above, HDMI e-ARC is the normal way to connect up a soundbar.
