Some tv shows won't add to play list

I've sky glass and I add a series to play list thinking I can watch later but I go to get it it's not there only when the next show is on

Which show is this?

It's worth noting that not all shows are available to watch on demand, and they won't necessarily be able to get cloud recorded by Sky due to broadcasting rights.

Crash scene investigation, sometimes Emmerdale EastEnders and other shows that usually have recorded before but it shouldn't give the option to add to playlist if it won't add

If its loads of shows then its likely a different issue.

Have you rebooted your Glass?

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Sky glass!! Checked for updates then it said it's up to date it's been 10mins now still waiting on sky to turn back on from the instructions you gave

 you see what I mean no sign of episode 1 or 2 only episode 3 when it's on next
