Some ITVX shows not appearing in playlist

Anyone else having issues with some ITVX shows not appearing in the playlist? Emmerdale for example is available directly through the ITVX app but is not showing latest episodes in the app. Have rebooted numerous times but not solved the issue.  This has only started in the last week or so. 

Kind of defeats the object of the playlist.

@Anders73 indeed I have on numerous shows. What seems to happen is the shows appear correctly several days later. The playlist I believe works on various metadata the broadcaster gives the shows in their apps so my assumption is that sometimes the ITV X ahiws are missing some of this metadata or it is incorrect.

from my experience it varies show by show and week by week. Sometimes the new episode of a show appears immediately on the playlist and sometimes it appears the following morning or several days later. Sometimes for a show it's completely fine and appears as soon as the show is made available on ITV X. So far I've found no particular pattern it just seems random.

@MarkGoldsmith really helpful insight thank you. I was trying to find a logical pattern that isn't there clearly.
I can live with it but the daily shout of "where's Emmerdale" is getting boring 😂😂😂

The only show so far I've consistently noticed it on is the new series of "who wants to be a millionaire" which is broadcast on Sunday nights but so far the playlist hasn't updated until at least the following Wednesday.

Ive also seen ITV X shows with absolutely no issues whatsoever

Click settings on the itv x app scroll along the top bar to about then press the reset button ,It worked for me

I also had the same problem with episodes of Emmerdale and Coronation Street having 2 days missing but found a solution. If you view the most recent episode available, fast forward to near the end, play the last few seconds the next episode will then play automatically.

I'm getting this all the time today I recorded the rugby on sky glass started watching it and then at half-time it disappeared.  complete joke
