Internet working bit not working on sky glass tv

@Debgee67 Have you tried unplugging the TV? That's usually the first thing to try along with re-booting the router. How do you connect? Is it WiFi or Ethernet? If it's by ethernet ensure WiFi is turned off in the Settings. If it's via WiFi try ethernet as it's a more stable connection.
It could be the issue with the firmware mentioned here:
Read the marked answer and the last few pages for a temporary workaround whilst we await the fix to be released.

@there's a setting on the tv called "reset network settings"
give this a try - it should prompt you to go through the connection process again
worth giving both your tv and router a quick reboot
if you continue to experience issues please report back with the specific error you are getting
