Skyglass

Cancelled Skyglass, fully paid for the TV. Was told I would receive a TV control as the sky remote would no-longer work. Still awaiting the TV control!!!

Other users have reported waiting up to a month for the remote in the past ....

Hi @050381gaz The alternative remote delivery times is roughly 8 weeks (31 days cancellation notice period + 4 weeks after cancellation date). If you have not received the remote after that time frame you will need to contact Sky.

When I cancelled my Glass subscription and moved to a Stream puck I never received an alternate remote but I didn't follow it up as I had sold the TV.
