My mvmnt app is crashing at the login stage

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me I am new to mvmnt, I have signed up on the app on my phone and access everything That you need to on the television I've created a profile when selecting the profile. It keeps buffering back to the profile. Nothing is opening or working. Is this something I've missed or does this seem to be an issue with the app?
