Do you have it connected to the internet via Wifi or ethernet cable?
What is the broadband speed you are getting to your property?
What download speed is the Sky Glass getting? (to check this open Netflix on the Sky Glass, go to Get Help -> Check Your Network and it will run the diagnostics).
