Not working today isn't very helpful, what exactly happens when you try to use your Glass TV?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My tv is saying it has Wi-Fi connection to router and it is not working. My iPad doesn't connect, neither does my  laptop

That would strongly suggest it's your broadband which has failed....

If it's a Sky Hub, look at the lights on the front.

I've checked on my sky and it's saying my Wi-Fi hub is switched off but is powered up

Have you tried rebooting your router.

Turning off and on the power to it for a few minutes may help.

Tried everything but nothing is helping.The sky max hub is flashing green for most of the afternoon and evening. If I reboot it happens the same.
