Cancel MUTV

I have MUTV which I purchased via the onscreen process. I now want to remove MUTV however there is not an option via MySky. Can someone advise?

@Hector500 Have you checked My Sky on your Glass Settings menu under Your products - App subscriptions

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi Yes I have just checked. It shows MUTV and it's active. Rolling subscription. There is no option to remove

Hi @Hector500 Give Sky customer services a call and they will cancel it for you.

 

If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

 

If the Chatbot asks if you want a web link say NO or it just brings you back to this forum.
