Sky tv volume broke

My sky volume has broken , background music is audible but speach is terrible

I have rigged up a Bluetooth speaker which is ok 

sky can only charge me£624 for a replacement tv

as it's out of warranty

Can I have sky glass on my spare Samsung tv somehow?

Hi @davy9984 

You will need to add whole home and take a puck. Once set you you can call Sky and ask them to deactivate your Glass (remove it as the primary device from your account), you can then cancel whole home and your puck will be your new primary device.

However it might also be worth reaching out to ServiceTech, Sky's repair partner. They can repair everything apart from screens as per this help article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
