Poor picture quality

I've had sky glass 2 years picture freezes and the screen is gone dark on half the tv

Try leaving the TV unplugged overnight to see if it resolves the half dark issue.

I've done everything like that unfortunately when you watch in vivid say like live football the picture in one half more clearer than the other

It may be best to give Sky a call then. If it's a hardware fault and you're outside your 2 years warranty, I'm afraid all they'll offer is to sell you a reconditioned replacement.
