Sky glass tv keeps switching off,when it doesn't switch off sky streaming pauses to load the program been doing this for 5 days now

Stream can be sensitive to fluctuations in WiFi signal and needs stable connection. What's your connection speed? Sky recommended a minimum of 25Mbps and 30Mbps for UHD.
Have you tried connecting via ethernet and turn the WiFi off on the puck?

To test the speed the TV is receiving open the Netflix app on the Tv go to get help and check your network. It's worth running this several times at different points of the day.
