Sky Glass

Absolutely terrible service no TV since the 10.02.2024 . Problem with IT so with the "Back Office" and I can't speak to them . Hayley who I spoke to today was lovely and I know it's not her fault but all I want is a replacement TV PLEASE

@Justine010201  You're not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum, nothing will happen in response to your post.  You will need to call Sky for an update.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
