You open the app (say Sky sports plus in to your remote, access on the app rail or go to the Sky Sports+ TV channel and press red).

Does you sky sports subscription  cover the sports + ?, if so just go to the sports  tab click it go to the tv guide  view all in the sports section scroll  along sky sports + and it's  there, or just say channel 410 to the voice  control
