@Stephen2569 If it's an additional puck then as @Jporch316 said, you can order it via the My Sky app for a fee of £39.99.

 

However, if it's to replace a broken puck then if it was bought after 23 Feb 2023 and still have a subscription you have an unlimited warranty so there would be no cost to replacing it. (Maybe a delivery fee?)
