Sky puck

My sky Q box has stopped working. The white light comes on but then majority of the time it’s not being picked up to put my TV onto the skybox selection to watch it. Then when it does work and I am watching TV through sky it will cut out whilst watching a programme and then I have to start it all up again so am unable to watch TV.It’s not the leads as I have already tried changing them and the same problem still occurs

@Marinelli  Yout post title states Sky Puck but your post you mention Sky Q, which TV box do you have as you can only have either Sky Q or Sky stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
