Hi, I received my new sky glass yesterday it's all set up perfect, but we can't set up the puck for my daughters room, it's saying supply chain test so won't accept pin , we've tried turning it off at wall and reset it but still nothing
Can anyone help please

Try the recovery process. This 'factory resets' the puck. Power down at the wall, press and hold the power button and turn back on at mains, keep holding button until light flashes multi coloured.
