Re: Sky glass
Hi @Jewels506
Who is your ISP? Are you receiving the minimum speeds to support glass? (25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?), have you considered homeplugs or extenders or connecting via ethernet?
I have a Glass and 4 pucks and don't suffer any dropouts using standard EE router and extender with their busiest home bundle so it certainly is possible to have a stable experience with Glass.

Have extenders and sky broadband we have the apparently the best for a gaming household etc but it's been a regular issue and a rubbish service in my opinion

What speed are you getting on the tv? You can check this by opening the native Netflix app and selecting get help. Then run the network checker
you will need at least 30-35mb IMHO to get a consistent viewing experience
