Discussion topic: Sky please add a low latency mode to the sky glass TV

I've been loving my 55" Sky Glass TV that I got for christmas but I just wish it had a low latency mode so that playing my playstation felt as smoothe as it did when connected to a monitor. Sky Glass has a HDMI 2.1 chipset so I believe it is capable of having a low latency mode, it just requires a software update (correct me if i'm wrong).

Please Sky, it would be such a great feature.

@strixu I am no expert but a gaming mode requires more than the right HDMI chipset so there maybe technical reasons why a gaming mode is not possible. However Sky are launching a smart camera with motion tracking which will require low latency to be usable but whether that will also mean a gaming mode is unknown.

Personally I agree with you that it would be a good addition.
