Sky live camera setup not showing on my Sky glass tv gen2

Sky live camera setup not showing on my Sky glass tv gen2.

I tried lots if things with help from Sky support on the phone to fix the ussue and still Sky live camera setup not showing on my Sky glass tv gen2.

Also ordered replacement Sky live camera and still this did not work. My TV simply not able to register the Sky live camera - see screenshot of my tv settings.

I do not whatelse i can do to fix the problem.

Please advise.

donyounhave it plugged into hdmi 3 and also into the usb c port on the back of the tv ?

also do you have the sky live sub showing in the MySky app

Hi thank you for your advice. I did not try hdmi Port 3 but i will try and see what happens. Will let you know.

In terms of Sky Live hub is not shown in Apps or as a Tile i guess because my Sky TV did not complete the setup of Sky live camera. See two pictures attached one picture shows my TV another picture shows a TV from Sky Sales stand in shopping center where you can see Sky camera listed in settings and this is missing on my TV

I plugged my camera into my gen 2 (it was previously in my gen 1) and waited a while 

nothing much happened until I pulled the power cable out of the tv for a few minutes then plugged back in. The sky live rail showed straight away after the reboot

I tried your advice plugged into hdmi Port 3 and disconnected sky live  camera  cables for few minutes and still did not work. Not getting tile " Ready to Setup" shown on my TV see three pictures of my TV glass what happened. Red light flashing for one minute than stops and no more message about Software is uploading and nothing after that. I tried many times abd also let RV on at least for 30 minutes on and nothing

I know it's late now but if you can look into this tomorrow and give me advice very much appreciated. As FYI I tried all sort of things with Sky Support Phone help but the issue is persistent. It's so frustrating and I do not know what else I can and any clue is very much

I have the sky live camera  on my sky glass  gen 2 works fine, i have my camera  plugged  in to the hdmi  1 port and the USB c, have you tried  that ?

I did have it on my gen 1 sky glass  at first and when my gen 2 arrived  before  turning  the gen 2 tv on i connected  the camera  in the same hdmi  port as the gen 1 setup and plugged  the tv  in and the camera  updated  while  the tv was setting  up

If are trying  hdmi  1 port the camera  still doesn't work  it could be that the usb port is faulty and not powering the camera

A couple of other things  you could try. Do you have  anything else  that  connects to a hdmi  port? Do you have  anything  like a mobile phones  that you could try  in the usb c port see if it changes,  and do you  have  any family  or friends  how have a sky glass tv  that you  could try  the camera  on ?

The usb c powers the camera from  the  tv

Turn the tv off at the mains connect  the camera  to the usb c  port and the hdmi  lead  from the  camera  into the hdmi  1 port and turn the tv on and see what happens

Tried all that and still not getting Ready to Setup message to setup sky live camera on my tv

Then i would ring sky and try asking for a replacement tv  as i think it the usb c port is not working  you have tried  to cameras and both have done thesame thing
