Sky glass

We have owned the first sky glass now 2 years and to be honest it's been rubbish from the word go. Do you know if we can trade our old in in for the new one? I'm wondering if new glass is better quality and less hassle.

@Jingleton67  There is no Trade In option, so you can either purchase a new one or keep the current one, buy a smart TV and add a stream puck instead.
