Hi,
I have a glass tv gen 2 to replace previous one. We cancelled whole house as this will be the only we are using. Today all channels have disappeared because we dont have whole house and it tjinks are old TV is still the main one.
Does anyone know how do I remove the old glass to slove this?

You will need to switch the primary device via https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv. If you are unable to do it online you will need to give Sky a call and they will be able to do it for you.
