Am I able to order a sky glass tv but just use the tv and keep my sky Q?

No, not through Sky, because Glass replaces Q. In theory I guess you could order Glass and than reject the content service while keeping (and paying for) the set and revert to Q for content but that's rather tortuous.
There are multiple first generation Glass sets available secondhand: the Gen 2 model is rather too recent for that. As @Gavin+Noble indicates, you'd need to really like the aesthetic of a Gen 1 Glass to make it preferable over other better and more versatile smart television sets though.

If you're going to do that you might as well just buy a normal Smart TV. Glass only works at its best with a Glass subscription and you can't run a Glass subscription and Q sub together.
