Sky glass freezing

Anybody's Sky Glass freezing?

Mines connected by ethernet not wifi and speed is 900Mb+ so that shouldn't be an issue.

Done a hard reset but keeps freezing still

No i have a 55inch  sky  glass  tv  gen 1 and a 55inch  gen 2 and a puck  also got gigafast  broadband  and  connected  by ethernet  cables  no problems  here

Try connecting by WiFi instead of ethernet - you may have a dodgy cable or connection somewhere
