@Dozo4839  You're not tagging Sky bu using the @ SkyGlass tag, no one here can tell you anything about your delivery, have you looked at your order tracking page online or via the mysky app, this will have the most up to date info.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
