I ordered a new Sky package with sky glass tv but it didn't arrive

@myplumber   What does your order tracking show?  As customers we have no access to your account or order.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In addition have you been contacted by the delivery courier Panther, who deliver all the Sky Glass TVs. They will usually the night before your scheduled delivery tell you it will be delivered the following day during a specific delivery window. If you haven't received any text or email from Panther then clearly at the moment the delivery isn't scheduled but as pointed out by @GD1 that should be clear in your order tracking
