Sky glass

It's garbage am so angry I want to smash it up. It's just decided to shut down,and now it's asking for my pin.i put it in and it says its wrong.[removed]

Hi @Hovit 

 

Try powering it off at the mains for a few minutes and then try again. The pin is usually the last four digits of your mobile if not changed. Also what happens if you try the forgot pin process?

Looks likemits going back through the initial setup process for some reason. As above some users have reported that pulling the plug on the pin input screen and letting it boot back up will skip the pin screen on the next run through

Is it a new  tv  or have you done a factory reset ? If you had done a  factory reset  without  a sky advisor  talking through  it then you  have deleted  all your  account  information  from the tv and you will  need to ring  sky  for help, also the  same if you have got the tv second  hand
