Sky glass

My sky glass home page is very slow and lagging, my sky glass picture quality isn't as good as it was

If you have not already, try a power reset or a settings restart;

 

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Hi @Karl16 The lag has been happening to a lot of Glass owners over the last week and Sky are aware and are working on a solution.  Hopefully they will find one soon.

It may or may not help but try a reboot as already suggested by @lettice  This is always the first thing I do at the first sign of a problem.

Tried all that, switching off at wall. A reboot as well, it's getting worse instead of better
