My sky glass TV is working but we cannot get any programs it just says loading

Try unplugging the TV at the mains for 30 seconds and then try again. If the problem persists let us know how your Glass is connected to the internet, your ISP and your download speed. It would also be useful to check what speed your glass is getting via the netflix app (settings > network > connection test).
