Sky glass wont switch on

I've just received my Sky glass yesterday 25/08/24, and this morning 26/08/24 i went to switch it on and its simply not responding.. red LED light isnt working, switched it on and off, tried different plug socket, changed remote batteries, tried to do recovery process, and still nothing... struggling with this one

Have you checked  and changed  the fuse in the plug, it might be  that simple?

Changed fuse & no difference, also strange thing is the mute button LED is working on the right side of the TV but nothing else is

Sounds like you got one of the duff ones I returned,get them to exchange asap,don't let panther leave until the new one turns on
